本文就海上保险代位权的立法目的、性质 ,代位权的范围在实践中的利弊等方面分析讨论了《海商法》2 5 4条的有关规定。
This paper analyses and expounds Article 254 of CMC in the practical use concerning the purpose, nature, and extent of the subrogation in marine insurance .
