摘要
本文报告了应用表面增强技术将薄层色谱与FT-Raman光谱联用获得磺胺嘧啶和磺胺二甲基嘧啶光谱新方法的研究。研究表明,在薄层色谱原位3/Jg样品的FT一-NIR-SERS谱与固体的Raman光谱主要特征谱带频率基本一致,比银溶胶-分子体系有更好的表面增强效果,灵敏度高并可靠地反映了分子的精细结构信息。
Surface-enhanced Near-IR-FT-Raman Spectroscopy of the two sulfa drugs (sulfadiazine and sulfamethazine) in thin Layer Chromatography (TLC)is reported. 3 μg drugs spots ab-tained spectral features same as that of solid sampoles. In addition,the sensitivities enhancement have been Improved greatly using TLC-FT-SERS colloid activated chromatographic spots.
