配子体自交不亲和基因遗传的通解和多态平衡

摘要 本文根据配子体自交不亲和群体的基因型频率的递推方程,推导了其基因型频率和等位基因频率的通解,从而能更直观地研究这些频率随世代的变化趋势和确定平衡的频率.最后,讨论了该群体具有高度遗传多态性的原因和意义. The general solutions of genotype and allele frequences on gametophytic self incompatibility were derived from their recurrent equations.Therefore,by using the general solutions,we could more concretely research the changing trend of these frequencies with generations and determined the equilibrium frequencies in the population.Lastly,the causes and significance keeping highly genetic polymorphism in the population were discussed.
