对交流表面电场中 BSO 晶体全息图的衍射率进行了理论分析和实验研究.实验结果表明,交流表面电场对衍射率有明显的增强作用.实验与理论取得了很好的一致.

The diffraction efficiency of hologram in photorefractive BSO crystal has been analyzed in theory and researched through experiments in alternating electric field.The experiments have shown that alternating electric field may obviously enhance diffraction efficiency.The results of the experiments is in ac- cordance with the theory.
