本文介绍了全国首座斜拉机库工程预应力斜拉屋盖施工的技术要点。并介绍了工程系统管理及用“初始状态”理论建立的施工监控系统的关键作用。
This paper treats of technical essentials in erecting the first domestic prestressed cable stayed roof of the aircraft maintenence hangar at Huhehot airport, and describes the essential effect of total quality control and “initial state” backed supervisory control system for construction.
