摘要
电池生产过程排放的废水含汞、锌、锰等重金属污染物和有机污染物。本试验调节废水的pH值至7.5~8.5,在EWP高效净化器中,利用进入的废水自身生成的Zn(OH)_2絮凝沉淀物形成吸附过滤床,对废水进行一级处理。试验结果表明:出水的汞为0.00092mg/L,去除率为96.2%;锌去除率为99.1%;锰去除率为55.1%;COD去除率为19.6%;BOD去除率为28.3%。
The wastewater drainged from battery production containes some heavy metal pollutants,such as Hg,Zn Mn and organic pollutants.The test of Efficient Wastewater Purification Unit(EWP)studies the primary treatment at pH 7.5-8.5 with the absorbing layer which was founded by Zn (OH)_2 flocculant sediment of the wastewater.Results show that Hg in the claified water is reduced to 0.00092 mg/L,the removing rate of Hg,Zn,COD and BOD is 96.2%,99.1%,55.1%, 19.6% and 28.3% respectively.
