The development of countryside industry in FangChun district and invironmental problems are descirbed.The causes of these problems are analysed from the condition of society,economy, environment,resource,time and space,and transfer.Based on the position devinition of countryside industry,these problems can be solve by the combination of macroscopic control (policy, laws,planning,monitoring,etc.),self-management of enterprise,technique and economic scale.
