摘要
目的:探讨正常成人甲状腺CT值。材料与方法:124例行颈椎、颈椎间盘CT扫描患者,并否认有甲状腺疾患。测量124例右侧甲状腺CT值及115例左侧甲状腺CT值,对其数值按男女组每10岁年龄段分别进行统计分析。结果:(1)正常甲状腺CT值为128.6±35.28Hu(93.32-163.88Hu)。(2)正常甲状腺CT值在男女及年龄组之间无显著差异。结论:通过124例成人正常甲状腺CT值的测量,了解了本地区正常甲状腺CT值的范围,对甲状腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义。
To assess the CT value of thyroid in normal adults. Material and Methods: the 124 Patients, whose cervical vertebra or cervical intervertebral are scaned by CT, and who have not had the thyroid disease, survey the CT value of the 115 patients double thyroid, and the 9 patients' right thyroid, then add up to the data by the men and women group, and the age structure of the every ten year. Results: (1) The extent of the CT value in the normal thyroid was: 128.6±35.28Hu (93.32- 163.88Hu). (2) In the CT value of the normal thyroid, there was no significant difference between men and women and the age structure. Condusion: The survey by the CT Value of thyroid in 124 normal adults, have found out the range of the normal thyroid CT balue in the local adults, it has important clinical significance in the diagnoses and distinguish diagnoses in thyroid disease.
