目的:探讨老年人椎间盘退变存在性别差异的原因。材料与方法:随机抽取100例50岁以上腰椎间盘CT检查 阳性的病例进行分析。结果:在50岁以上存在椎间盘退变的患者中。女性发病人数是男性的两倍。结论:此种差异可能与女 性妊娠生育。身高与体重比及生活习惯有关。
