洗片液的循环法与补偿(喷淋)法冲洗在实际应用中的探讨

目的 :探讨洗片液在循环法与补偿法中应用之特点。材料与方法 :用同一种洗片套药采用不同的洗片方法以统一的测试标准分析其各自的特点进行评价。结果 :循环法洗片能使药液的有效成份得到充分利用 ,特别是选择到好的洗片套药时 ,影像质量、经济成本都较为理想。补偿法洗片影像质量较好且稳定 。

Purpose:To evaluate the character of rays film processing chemicals in processing films with exhaustion and replenishment methods.Materials and Methods:Rays film were processed with the same king of chemicals and different ways.The advantage and disadvantage of processing methods were analyzed using the same measurement standard.Results:The effective component of chemicals was utilized sufficiently without waste using exhaustion method.The film quality was good and economy cost was low when the proper processing chemicals were used.While with replenishment method the film quality was stable,but the cost was high.
