Grasping the developing direction of the advanced productive force to prompt the pace of information construction in Shengli Oil Field

发轫于20世纪中期的信息技术革命是迄今为止人类历史上最为壮观的科学技术革命。它以无比强劲的冲击力、扩散力和渗透力,在短短几十年里迅速改变了世界。随着信息采集、存储、处理、加工、传输等技术手段的更新换代,人类文明由工业时代进入了以"信息"为显著特征的信息时代。文章分析了国内外信息技术的发展趋势。系统地总结了胜利油田的信息化建设,尤其是网络应用系统的主要成果。根据前期发展及面临的技术与管理方面的问题,指出了油田信息化建设的近期目标和发展方向。

The IT revolution started from the middle of the 20th century was the most spetacular science and technologyrevolution in the human history so far. It altered the world rapidly with its most driving wallop, spreading and os-motic force in a few decades. The human civilization entered the information age from the industry age along with therenovations of the information techniques and means such as data acquisition, memorizing, processing, transmitting,etc. In this paper , the author analyzed the development trend of the IT at home and abroad and sumed up systemati-cally the information construction in Shengli Oil Field, especially the predominant achivements in network applica-tion system. The short-term goal and development foreground of the information construction in Shengli Oil Field wasalso pointed out.
