摘要 目的 探讨床旁彩色多普勒超声在原位肝移植术后监护中早期发现并发症的作用。方法 应用Sonosite彩色多普勒便携式超声诊断仪对 69例原位肝移植术后患者的腹部及胸腔进行系统检查 ,重点观察肝动脉、门静脉、下腔静脉及胆管。结果 超声检查发现的主要并发症有胸水 ,腹水 ,门静脉、下腔静脉及肝动脉狭窄 ,血栓 ,胆道淤胆及胆瘘 ,血肿及脓肿形成等。结论 床旁超声检查在肝移植术后早期发现并发症方面起到重要作用。 Purpose To discuss the value of the sonosite ultrasound machines in the ”bed side” assessment of post orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods Sixty nine patients were checked up abdomen and thorax by sonosite ultrasound machines Results Hydrothorax, ascites, biliary fustula, stenosis or occlusion of hepatic artery, portal vein and inferior vena cava were found. Conclusion Ultrasound examination is very important after liver transplantation. [
