Transvaginal Ultrasound Diagnosing Pelvic Varices

目的 探讨经阴道超声在盆腔静脉曲张症的诊断价值。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫、卵巢及其静脉的二维、彩色及频谱多普勒表现。结果 3 3例盆腔静脉曲张症被检出 ,均有子宫静脉曲张、增宽 ,流速减低 ,同时伴有子宫弥漫性增大 2 5例 ,后位子宫 2 4例 ,8例卵巢静脉扩张伴卵巢不同程度的增大。均经手术及静脉造影证实。结论经阴道彩色多普勒检查是诊断盆腔静脉曲张症的有效手段。且安全、无痛、准确 ,值得推广。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of pelvic varices by transvaginal ultrasound.Methods Transvaginal ultrasound was used to examine uterus, ovary and their venous. ResultsThirty three cases of pelvic varices had been examined. Uterine venous plexus varix and broadening, low flow rate were presented in all cases, 25 cases accompanied with diffuse enlarged uterus, 24 cases were retro flexion, 8 cases had ovarian vein varix with ovarys' various enlarged. All cases were confirmed by operation and phlebography.ConclusionTransvaginal ultrasound is an effective method in diagnosing the pevic varices, it shoud be promoted actively because of its safety, painlessness and accuracy.
