摘要
目的:探讨人胚胎小肠嗜铬素A免疫反应(Chromogranin A-immunoreactive,CgA-IR)细胞的发育规律。方法:应用免疫组化技术和体视学方法,对40例6至38周的人胚胎小肠CgA-IR 细胞进行体视学定量分析。结果:人胚胎小肠CgA-IR细胞于人胚第7周出现,十二指肠最多,空肠次之,回肠最少,其体密度和数密度在第22周以前随胎龄增加而增大,之后则逐渐减小,在同一肠段肠腺内的CgA-IR细胞密度显著高于绒毛。各时期、各肠段CgA-IR细胞的平均截面面积和形状因子没有显著性不同。结论:人胚胎小肠CgA-IR 细胞自第7周出现后,其数量在肠段间、部位间有显著差异,其分布密度随胎龄而变化,以与其功能相适应。
Objective: To explore the development regularity of CgA-IR cells in human fetal small intestine. Methods:Immunohistochemical and stereological methods were used to carry out a quantitative analysis of the CgA-IR cells of 40 freshly aborted human fetal small intestinal aging from the 6th to 38th week. Results: CgA-IR cells began to appeare in small intestine at 7th week of gestation and increased with fetal age. Their relative quantity tended to decrease in an order from the duodenum to ileum. The volume density and numerical density of CgA-IR cells increased with the fetal age until the 22th week of gestation and decreased thereafter and in intestinal gland were always more than in the villi of the same segments of small intestine. The mean crossed area and form factor of the CgA-IR cells were not significant difference between the three segments of small intestine at the different developmental stages. Conclusion The quantity of CgA-IR cells are significant difference between the three segments of small intestine and change with the fetal age, since they appear at 7th week of gestation increase before 22th week while decrease later. The changes of CgA-IR cells are correlated with its fuction.
