摘要
在建立输电线路、变电站内部设备、保护系统各子系统故障模式的基础上,结合气候状态模拟、有功校正、拓扑分析及潮流计算等模型,提出了主输电网可靠性计算的整体性模型,并在不失模型精度的前提下,采用必要的简化合并措施使模型更为简炼,重点在于故障后果分析及建立总体框架,并以数字例验证了模型的合理性及有效性。该模型不仅可用于输电网可靠性评估,还可用于发输电组合系统的可靠性评估。
This paper outlines an overall model for transmission network reliability calculation as well as for the generation and transmission composite system reliability evaluation .It focuses on the fault effect analysis to complex outages and builds up the overall framework of transmission network reliability modelling by several reasonable simplifications. The numerical results of a sample system identify the effectiveness and reasonability of this model.
