摘要
复杂混合物样品的分离通常采用统一方法、多柱系统。但该方法在操作上不适合作为通用方法。文章提出了采用气相色谱柱分段涂渍不同的固定液,从而使组分在色谱柱内热力学和动力学行为随之变化,以期达到缩短分析时间和提高柱效之目的,对复杂样品碳酸丙烯醋的分析验证了方法的可行性。
Unified method using multicolumn system is the best way to solve separation problem of complex mixtures.Due to the complicated operation instrumentation,the multicolumn system is not a desirable way.This paper discusses the chromatographic column on partly daub the different fixed liquids in order to make the chemodynamic and dynamic actions of the samples in the column changes with it, so that it can shorten the analytical time and impove column effect,complex samples have been tested and proved it is a feasible method.
