肌电图和神经传导速度测定在格林─巴利综合征诊断及判定预后中的应用

摘要 对20例格林—巴利综合征进行了肌电图和神经传导速度测定,F波潜伏期测定。结果提示神经源性损害占90%;各项指标的异常率差别较大,波幅下降的异常率最高达95.0%。运动神经的传导速度及其诱发电位波幅均可作为判断预后的指标。认为对各指标应做具体分析,才能正确诊断格林—巴利综合征及其判定预后。 Twenty cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS)were examined with electromygrophy, nerve conduc tion velocity(NCV) and the incubation period of T wave. The results showed that the neurone injury was 90%; the abnormal rates of each index were considerable difference, and the abnormal rate of dropped ampli tude was the most obvious, reaching 95%. The NCV and the amplitude of their evoked potentials were all re garded as the index of judging prognosis, only by waking the concrete analysison each index could GBS be cor rrrectly diagnosed and be ujdged prognosis.
