Study On Changing Of Infiltration Of T Cells In The Skin Biopsy Of 24 Cases Of Psoriasis

目的：为研究T淋巴细胞在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法：利用ABC法及显微计数的方法对24名银屑病病人的连续性皮损进行观测，结果：T淋巴细胞的聚集密度与银屑病病理变化形式有关；结论：T淋巴细胞的聚集是银屑病病理的形成与发展的重要因素之一。

In order to know how T cell of infiltration take role in demal patLhology of psoriarin; Method: the skin biopsy of 24 patients with psoriarin were imunhistoshemically stained with VCHL-1-T antibody and pisitive cells were numbered. Result: the partten of T cells infiltration is relevant to the partten occurrence of patholog of psoriarin. Conclusion: the result illustract the infiltration of T cells is one of very important facts that lead to anpearance and going on in patholog of psoriarin.
