大剂量顺铂经髂内动脉灌注治疗卵巢癌近期疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF INTRA-ARTERIAL CHEMOTHERAPY WITH HD-DDP AND ADM FOR OVARY CANCER

目的：介绍大剂量顺铂＋阿霉素经导管超选择进入髂内动脉治疗卵巢癌的方法。材料和方法：对46例手术病理证实的卵巢癌患者行双侧髂内动脉造影和顺铂＋阿霉素注药，同时结合水化疗法和解毒药物的应用，避免严重毒副作用的发生。结果：46例卵巢癌中，多血管型32例，少血管型14例，显效16例，有效21例，稳定7例，恶化2例。结论：该方法操作简单，造影清晰，创伤小，疗效显著，可单独或术前术后治疗中晚期卵巢癌病人。

Purpose: The technique of treating ovary cancer with superselective internal iliac intra - antertal infusion of HD - DDP and ADM is introduced. Materinls and methods: 46 cases with uvary cancer who had been pathologically testified were treated with bilateral internal iliac arterography and infusion of HD - DDP and ADM. Prominent side effects were avoid when combined with intra - venous infusion of sodium thiosuffete and hydration simulta-neously.Results: Among the 46 cases, blood supply was rich in 32. poor in 14 cases. The effeetive rate was 80. 4 % with CR in 16, PR in 21. NC in 7, only 2 were in deterioration. Conclusion: The character of the technique is its convenient manipulation, also with little trauma and prominant clinical effect. It can be used either alone or before operation.
