摘要
应用小型猪烧伤模型Ⅲ°30%(TBS),通过监测门静脉血流量,静脉血内GPT、GOT及门静脉、体循环内毒素含量动态变化、结合病理检查发现,烧伤休克期,烧伤组、ATP-MgCl2治疗组门静脉血流均下降。伤后4小时至低谷。其后均有回升,治疗组回升速度快于烧伤组。治疗组静脉内毒素、GPT、GOT于烧伤后24小时起均低于烧伤组,说明ATP-MgCl2对烧伤后休克期肝脏的实质细胞及枯否氏细胞有保护作用。
Application of miniswines with 30% TBSA full thickness burns. Determiniation of the portal blood flow; motive changes of GPT, GOT in vein; endotoxin in portal vein and systemic ctrculation. combining Pathological examination of liver, we found portal blood flow reduced to minimum in both ATP - MgCl2 group and NON ATP - MgCl2 Sroup at 4 hours post -burn,then both increased. rise rate of ATP - MSCl2 group was forter than NON ATP - MSCl2 Group. Enutoxin, GPT and CoT content of ATP - MgCl2 group is lower than NON ATP-MgCl2 group at 24 hours post - burn. Results showed protective effect of ATP - MgCl2 on burned animal's lver cellls and Kuffer's cells during shock stage.
