摘要
目的 对川芎药材进行指纹图谱方法的建立。方法 用HPLC方法建立川芎醇提取物的指纹图谱。结果 共 有12个色谱峰。结论 符合中药材指纹图谱技术要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish fingeprint chromatogramap of the rhizoma chuanxiong. METHODS We used HPLC to establish fingerprint chromatogramap of Ethanol extraction of rhizoma chuanxiong. RESULTS Twelve peaks were shown. CONCLUSIONS The fingerprint chromatogramap of 10 batches of rhizoma chuanxiong meets the requirements of fingerprint chromatogramap of Chinese medicinal materials issued by state Drug Administration in 2000.
