摘要 虽然近几十年来新的抗菌药物不断问世,但医院或社区获得的病原菌对各种抗菌药物的敏感性有不同程度的改变.四年来拉丁美洲泌尿系感染的病原菌中,耐碳青霉烯铜绿假单胞菌、耐环丙沙星大肠埃希菌及产ESBL克雷伯菌已成为严重问题[1].
