食管裂孔滑疝采用Belsey-Mark Ⅳ重建的探讨

Discussion of reconstruction of Esophageal Sliding Hiatus with Belsey-Mark IV Operation

目的 :总结 5例食管裂孔滑疝Belsoy -MarkⅣ既贲门成形术的外科诊疗体会 ,探讨食管裂孔滑疝手术方式的选择。方法 :采用Belsey -MarkⅣ重建食管裂孔法。结果 :5例病人均康复 ,随访无 1例复发。结论 :Belsey -MarkⅣ手术经胸操作 ,显露好 ,操作方便 ,对于年龄较大、体形较胖。

Objective:To summary the experiences of 5 cases esophageal sliding hiatus with Belsey-Mark IV operation. Method:5 cases were performed with Belsey-Mark IV method. Results:All cases were reconvered after follow-up without recurrence. Conclusion:This operative method might be easy to preform with good expostur for old age and over weight patients.
