摘要
本文通过胚状体诱导中影响因素基因型、碳源及活性炭的研究,发现基因型不同,诱导率也不同;3%的蔗糖浓度比较适合辣椒的花药培养;低浓度下活性炭的诱导差异不明显.
Effect of the factors like genotype, sucrose and active carbon on the embryo - induced rate in capsicum anther culture is studied in the paper. Results indicated that the induction rate varies obviously with the genotypes. 3% sucrose is a suitable condition, and active carbon in low concentrtions will not cause significant variations for the induction.
