Insight into Quality-oriented Education in Vocational Academies of Art

本文从培养应用性复合型高级艺术人才的角度看艺术职业院校学生素质教育,阐述了思想道德、文化知识、专业知识技能、生理心理健康及社会生存开拓等五个方面的内容,提出了改革培养目标、实施因材施教、建立竞争机制和正确处理几个方面关系的措施和建议,以此管窥,参与本课题的讨论。

The paper looks at quality-oriented education in vocational academies of art from the angle of training applied and comprehensively cultivated talents of art.While expounding five as - pects of the topic,namely ideology and morality,cultural knowledge,professional skills,physiolog - ical and psychological health and how to live and develop in society,the author gives advice of changing the original training objective,teaching students according to their aptitude,setting up competition mechanism and handling some relationship properly.
