摘要
本文列举了大城市出现的交通问题。明确指出发展城市交通、改善城市交通不能单纯依靠交通规划、交通管理、采用技术措施,必须结合城市规划、城市管理找出路。
Many traffic problems in metropolises are shown in this paper. It is indicated that urban traffic development and improvement should be combined with the urban planning and management, and it is wrong of merely depending on the traffic planning, traffic management and such technical measures.
