摘要
本文在详细对比北京与国内外其他城市交通指标的基础上,包括交通需求、出行构成、交通供给、交通环境、交通管理以及交通法规与教育,对北京交通的现状进行分析。针对北京交通的发展历程和奥运的交通需求,提出了智能交通系统的建设需求,阐述了北京智能交通系统的总体规划、研究层次和建设步骤。
The current status of Beijing transportation system are analyzed based on the comparison of various traffic indexes, which include traffic demand, travel composition, traffic service, transportation environment, transportation management and the enforcement of traffic regulations and its education, between Beijing and the other domestic and oversea cities. For the history of Beijing transportation system development and the demands for Olympic transportation, intelligent transportation system is necessary for Beijing transportation modernization. The master planning, research levels and implement sequence of ITS in Beijing are presented in detail.
