Fine distribution of the intramural Lymphatics of the intestine

本文应用光镜和电镜方法研究了大鼠小肠壁内淋巴管的微细分布。结果在小肠壁内各层中均见有毛细淋巴管分布,除粘膜层外,粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层还见有淋巴管。粘膜层的毛细淋巴管位于粘膜肌附近。粘膜下层的毛细林巴营和淋巴管多位于粘膜肌的直下方。肌层的毛细淋巴管和淋巴管,存在于环、纵肌问的结缔组织中及纵行肌纤维间。在浆膜层见到较大的淋巴管,有瓣膜,而毛细淋巴管的数量相对较少。

The intramural Lymphatics of the intestine in the rat were studied by light and electron microscopy to obtain some data regarding their fine distribution. The Lymphatic capillary networks were found in all the layer of the intestine. In addition there were Larger Lymphatics in the Layers other than the tunica mucosa. The Lymphatic capillaries in the mucosa were found in the superficity of the muscularies mucosa. Lymphatics in the submucosa were found in the depth of the muscularis mucosa. Lymphatics and capillaries in the muscularis were found in longitudinal muscles and between circular and lonagitudinal muscles. There were Large Lymphatics situated near the Longitudinal muscle in the adventitia tunics.
