摘要
本文认为 ,现阶段我国有组织犯罪仍然是三种基本形态 ,即 :集团 (团伙 )犯罪、黑社会性质的有组织犯罪、黑社会犯罪。其中 ,黑社会性质的有组织犯罪是具有代表性意义的有组织犯罪 ,是我们打击的主要对象。打击和预防有组织犯罪在刑事政策和具体侦查措施上仍有许多不足之处 ,应尽快加强和完善。
The paper deals with the forms of the organized crimes. There are three forms 0f the organized crimes which were accepted by most criminologists in China. They contain gang crimes, organized crimes with the characteristics of the underworld, and the underworld crimes. The underworld crimes are the representatives of organized crimes. To minimize the harm of organized crimes, we must deal with organized crimes in force as soon as possible:
