摘要
“双师型”教师是目前职教界的热门话题,但也是其中的薄弱环节。作者认为,我们应首先澄清“双师型”教师的概念,然后再建立配套的管理体制来支持“双师型”教师队伍的建设。管理体制包括双师型教师的任职资格、评估体系、培训系统及相关政策等。
Dual - abilitied' teacher is the hot issue and weakness at the same time in the field of vocational Education. The writer thinks, we should firstly confirm the concept of 'dual - abilitied' teacher; then construct a set of suitable administrative system, which includes the requirement of qualification, assessment system, training system and relevant policies, etc, to support'dual - abilitied'teacher.
