How to confirm the validity of the contract beyond one's managing confine is a problem in the contract law. This paper analyses the related regulations all over the world and introduces various theories on this issue. The author thinks those theories are rational in some way but perfect. The contract that beyond one's managing confine should be classified in the contracts that can be revoked or changed.
