Entering WTO brings the Chinese government both opportunity and challenge. We say this because WTO constructs the relationship which the market leads to between the government and the market. We must properly handle the relationship between the government and the market when China goes deeply into the world economic course. It is the important precondition of the rapid development of economy and the certainty of the society to ensure the effective administration of the government.
