摘要
围绕目前困扰我国拍卖网站发展的拍卖物的范围、拍卖中的违法行为的认定及其责任问题进行探讨 ,对在目前的法律状况下 ,如何明确法律对拍卖物的限制、如何认识拍卖网站的法律地位和法律责任问题提出了建设性的意见。
Several legal questions are studied such as how to limit the auctioned things having been developing in China's auction websites, and to determine the illegal acts i n auctioning as well as the corresponding responsibilities. Based on the present l egal conditions, several constructive suggestions are put forward such as how to limi t the auctioned things at law, and to define the legal status of the auction websites as well as their legal liabilities concerned.
