摘要
立足于刑法规定 ,并紧密结合司法实践 ,对间谍罪的本质属性、客观表现、罪过形式、罪数形态、犯罪形态及其死刑适用等几个重大疑难问题进行了较为深入的研究。
On the basis of the Criminal Law of PRC along with the judicial practices, the following knotty problems are deeply studied: the essential property, the objective forms of the guilty act, the guilty intentions, the forms of the criminal quantity, the forms of the crime, and the application to the death penalty on the espionage crime.
