摘要
20世纪末期 ,中国和俄罗斯联邦均开展了修建婚姻家庭立法的工作。 1996年 3月 1日 ,《俄罗斯联邦家庭法典》生效 ;2 0 0 1年 4月 2 8日 ,《中华人民共和国婚姻法》修正案正式施行。上述法律在立法理念、立法框架、立法设计等方面均有许多相似之处 ,探讨其婚姻制度的异同及借鉴成功的立法经验 ,对发展和完善我国的婚姻立法有积极作用。
At the end of the 20th century, China and Russian Federation began the legislation of the laws of marriage and family. On March 1, 1996, Famil y Code of Russian Federation took effect; on April 28, 2001, the Amendme nt to the Marriage Law of PRC was enforced. The above- mentioned laws have a lot of similarities in terms of legislative ideas, leg islative frames and legislative planning. To probe into the similarities as well as differences of the two marriage systems and to draw lessons from successful legislative experience will be very significant to the development and perfectio n of the legislation of marriage law in China.
