School Libraries are the academic data bases for Education.As for the libraries of the communist league school in the 21st century,how to make good use of its advandage in education reform remains a problem.This dis- sertation has made some benefitial analyses on it for service of education modernization,in order to make the library as one of the important quality-oriented education bases for young students.
