我国收入分配制度变迁的两次历史性飞跃

收入分配问题一直是中国各级政府十分关注的热点 ,也是很多学者关注的一个理论焦点。从制度经济学的角度对收入分配问题在制度变迁过程中 ,特别是从计划经济向市场经济变迁过程中的变化进行分析 ,认为改革开放以来 ,我国分配制度的变迁发生了两次历史性飞跃 ,这两次历史性飞跃特别是第二次历史性飞跃 ,对加速我国的市场化、加速我国经济发展和解决我国收入分配差距问题 ,全面建设小康社会必将产生重大的促进作用。

Nowadays,not only the government of all levels but also scholars have been focusing on the hot problem of income distribution.From the analysis of the problem of the evolution of the income distribution policy on the basis of system economics,especially in the course of the leap from planned economy to market economy,we know that we have experienced two leaps since the reform of China.It is the second leap that speeds up the market economy system and the economic development.At the same time,the second leap will certainly reduce the income distribution differences and promote the cause of building an all-round well-off society.
