It is an important strategic task for the development of educating cau se in our country in the new century to actively carry out the ideological and p olitical work of the college student Party members. In practices, the ideologica l and political work should be carried out through centring on the general build ing goal of the Party in the new period and the important task of the colleges a nd universities for educating socialist building persons, and the 'fireproof wa ll' of the ideological and political education of the college student Party mem bers should be constructed by the advanced culture, thus making the Party member s malce the use of 'three Representatives' with faith and affection.
