摘要
教师人格是教师师德标准与规范的伦理学基础 ,主要表现为教师人格修养的终极理想、审美价值和教师对职业道德的认同、鉴别、调控和反思上 ,高校师德建设必须要重视教师敬业精神、为人师表的道德形象以及学术批判和创新精神等方面的培养 .
Teachers' personality, the ethics basis of moral standard and norm, reveals ultimate pursuit, aesthetic value and teachers' identity, distinction, adjustment and reflection of their morality. Teachers' morality, academic criticism and innovation are of great importance to the higher education.
