我国刑事诉讼中的人权发展纵观

Survey on Development of Human Rights in Criminal Litigations

人权与民主、法治一样 ,成为我国法律发展所追求的目标 ,人类社会的发展史就是一部人权发展史 ,法律便是人权发展的记录。本文拟从历史的角度 ,纵览我国刑事诉讼中人权发展概况 ,重点是我国刑事诉讼法修改前后人权保护的概括和总结 ,从正、反两方面进行分析。最后提出笔者对完善我国刑事诉讼法的建议。

As well as democracy and ruling with law, human rights have become the tracing object of laws' development. The history of human society development is the history of human rights development, law is the record of human rights development. From the angel of history, the thesis surveys the situation of human rights development in criminal litigations. At the end, the author states his suggestion to the improvement of Criminal Procedure Law.
