摘要
劳动合同是市场经济条件下劳动关系确立的基础 ,也是劳动法律制度中的一项重要任务。现行法律法规有关劳动合同的规定存在不少不明确的地方 ,致使在实践中引起不少争议。本文通过对这些实践问题研究 ,指出现行规定的一些缺陷 ,并对其修改提出一些建议。
A labor contract is the base of labor relationship in the market economy. It is an important part in the labor legal system too. There are some uncertain provisions about labor contract in active laws, which has caused many disputes in practice. The thesis will make study on these practical problems and gives suggestion.
