摘要
本文就司法人员良好职业道德的培养与依法治国的关系问题提出了个人见解。
Ruling the country with law' is one important part in DENG Xiao-ping's thoughts of establishment socialistic politics with Chinese characteristics. The thesis discusses the relationship between the professional ethics of judicial functionaries and 'ruling the country with law'.
