权威人士认为 ,物权合意就是物权行为的意思表示。我对此观点提出挑战。我认为 ,“物权合意”并非物权行为的意思表示 ,而只是物权行为意思表示的一个阶段。本文首次提出阶段论观点 ,以供商榷。

Some authorities think the agreement of property right is the declaration of will of juristic act of property right. But the author thinks the agreement of property right is one of the stages in the declaration of will of juristic act of property right. The thesis firstly states this idea for discussion.
