Value of Justice in Contract

实质意义上的合同正义即指相对的合同自由 ,法律可对双方所订之契约进行必要的干预 ,以维持双方人格地位的平等和权利义务关系的平衡、以及由此而产生的基于相互信赖的诚实信用。

Actually, the justice of contract means a relative contract freedom. Laws can adjust the contract signed by both sides when necessary to keep the equality of personality and balance of rights and duties of two sides, and honest credit basing on mutual trust that comes from it as well.
