摘要
本文对发展循环经济就是保护环境、生态工业是循环经济的重要形态等观点进行了阐述,并介绍了循环经济在国内外的实践。作者认为,发展循环经济势在必行,它必将成为我国21世纪环境保护的一个战略选择,并就发展我国的循环经济提出了5条建议。
This paper sets forth that the development of CE (Circular Economy) is very effective for environmental protection and its best practice is ecological industry, then introduces the practice of CE both abroad and at home. It points out that the formulation of CE is imperative under current situation and is a necessary strategic choice for Chinese environmental protection in the 21st century. It proposes five policy recommendations for CE development in china.
