Study on the Theory of Environmental Management for Sustainable Development: Theory of Circular Economy

本文提出循环经济理论是可持续发展环境管理的理论。在分析了循环经济的本质、特征之后,借鉴发达国家经验,本文提出了制定有中国特色的“循环经济与资源回收利用法”,逐渐步入循环型社会的理念和实践。

Based on the analysis of the essence of Circular Economy and the study on the experiences of the developed countries, this paper analyzed the necessity to establish the Resource Utilization and Recovery law, which is crucial to the sustainable development in China.
