摘要
'以德治国',德、法并举是治理国家的两种手段.'以德治国'的关键是要建立社会主义道德体系;在坚持'以德治国',弘扬社会主义道德方面,当前应抓好党的建设、宣传教育等工作.
A country must be run by means of virtue as well as law and the main task of″running a country according to virtue″is to establish socialist morality system,to strengthen the construction of the Party and publicize socialist morality in the country.
