摘要
本文首先给出了一个实用数学模型MTIC,然后对它从理论上进行论述,介绍它的意义和功能、原理、算法。给出了一个煤炭最优调运和投资方案,使煤炭运费和投资费用尽可能省。同时通过对目标函数和约束条件作深化与抽象工作,以拓宽和提高MTIC的实用价值。
The thesis first came up with a pratical numerical control MTIC,then expounded it the-oretically and introduces its significiance,function,theory as well as algorithm,and raisedthe best coal transportation and investment scheme,so as to ensure the cost of coal freightand investment to be cut down as far as possible.Besides,the thesis aims at opening up andraising the pragmatic value of MTIC by means of deepening and abstract work on targetfunction and restricted conditions.
