On Building Up Advanced Legal Culture in the Course

本文作者认为传统法律文化基于人治意识,具体表现为三大特征:义务本位、依附人格、等级观念。现代先进的法律文化基于法治意识,也展现为三大特征:权利本位、独立人格、平等观念。在依法治国的主导语境中,当代中国必须要大力建设先进法律文化。

The author of this paper thinks that traditional legal cul ture is based on the man-ruling mentality,having three great characteristics:th e work of obligation,attached personality and hierarchy.Contemporary and advance d legal culture is based on the law-ruling mentality,having three great charact eristics:the work of right,independent personality and equality.Advanced legal c ulture must be built up in the leading situation of China′s administration by l aw.
