崧泽文化的北上曾极大地加强了海岱文化区和太湖文化区的相互交流和促进。崧 泽的西渐，曾为江淮之间的史前文化作出过杰出的贡献，安徽薛家岗文化的繁荣即与之密切 相关。
The northward expansion of Songze culture promoted the cultural exchange betwe en Shandong region and Tai lake region. The westward expansion of Songze culture brought about a great advance in the cultures between Yangzi river and Huai riv er, such as Xuejiagang culture in Anhui province.
